I got my hat, robe and athame, all tier 1 in 3 tries. It RNG. You just have bad luck.

Ouch, you've really got this rough. If you keep on trying, however, you'll get them. I share with you a helpful tip. Go to FreeKI.com and do the trivia there for Crowns. Then, use those Crowns on the Second Chance Chest once per try. Not only does it have a chance to give you Malistaire gear, it can also give Gold Skeleton Keys!
Update: I've gotten helmet 3 times and boots twice now. Took beyond 40 times times to get anything to drop but it finally did. I'm now going towards the 50 mark and still trying to get the robe. Horrible luck I understand, just thought that was a little excessive though.
Don't worry, many other players including myself always get stuck farming Darkmoor with no luck. I had extreme luck one day and got my hat and athame in one run, and then another athame. But I've had no luck since, and I only need boots. It's purely luck based and since the gear is on the rare side, the runs stack up especially if you have less people.
