As most know it is very very hard to get the 6% outgoing jewels as well as 6% incoming why is it that those jewels are vastly harder to get vs getting max hp, pierce, critical, pip chance and accuracy jewels by just farming at best for a few days why can't they be craft-able? or at least easier to get like the other useful jewels in empyrea part 2?
