Security Error when trying to Redeem Codes

So just yesterday I had purchased a bundle card from my local GameStop and I obviously want to redeem it. Well, for some odd reason every time I enter in the correct security word for the Captcha thing it tells me that it's wrong every time despite how many times I try a new one. I currently have a Support Ticket out and they've responded, but I just wanted to know if anyone has had this issue in the past.

So I found out what it was. It turned out that my Ad-Blocker was somehow messing with it. The moment I turned it off, it worked.

But I can relate to how annoying that must be.

Since you've already contacted support (which was a wise move), then they'll look into this for you and will try assisting.

For the most part, the security codes do usually match up if entered correctly.

Would it make a difference if caps lock was on or off? It matters on log in screen, not sure if it matters for the security word, just a thought.
