I've tried to make purchases on the Wizard101 website before, but their payment system won't accept the non-american letters in my name and address. I don't understand why foreign letters aren't implemented as they obviously intend for people from other countries making purchases, as you must specify your country for the billing information. It's just losing them business, mine included, so they should really change what characters are allowed.

I'd send a ticket direct to support explaining this and saying specifically what you need to be accepted by the auto-system. They may change the system but in the mean time they might be able to do a manual over-ride for you. I'm not sure how it works or how they'll help with your problem but I think the best chance of solving the problem is to ask them directly and be specific so they can understand the issue you're experiencing.
