Hi so I'm a level 81 life wizard and I need to get my level 55 spell so that I can get spells like mass triage and guardian spirit. I am pretty sure that I completed "Thief of Spells" since I have triage and I have done "Su Su Sudrilund" since I have the side quests you get after completing it. With that being said, I should've gotten the quest "Spell Trade". I have also finished the mainline quest in Wintertusk so I have already done "The dragon gate". Nevertheless, I still don't have the quest "The Runedown" which is what allows me to get all the other spells. I have already checked with Erik Wyrdrune in Northguard. Is there anybody who can help me with this issue?

You have to talk to Baldur Goldpaws in Olde Town, by the Bazaar. He will send you to Erik.
