Finally, you get to Mirage level of crafting, but to do that you'll need to visit the Fire school teacher in the Arcanum. He'll have you craft your school wand for level 115. You have to craft it in the Arcanum forge.
Right after you make that level 115 weapon, you can craft the Empyrea gear. It's really similar to Cabalist gear (trading pips for accuracy). For robes, Malestiare or Exalted gear are still the best bet. The only thing I'm seeing people wear are the Cabalist boots and maybe the hat.
