I'm never ready to go into areas, I always get the load icon on the top left of my screen and I have to reload the worlds every time I enter the game. Especially the worlds I quest in like Zafaria, take ages to just load up the hub area.
This could just be an issue with your computer, but since I do not know the specs I cannot say this for certain. Try reinstalling the game, maybe it will help.
