I am sure that you don't need anyone telling you how to make the game; but may I please offer some ideas?
I remember in Khrysalis, that the mice and other animals that ran with us, had offered some assistance to the stats of the wizard.
Yet unlike Khrysalis, Ivan and the others that tag along with us offer no assistance; and at times can be troublesome (I don't know if I alone in this experience).
Well...the post Khrysalis companions do offer stat bonuses, but they are really small compared to the OP Dyvim. I find it weird that we can't see the companion stat bonuses in battle anymore. Sometimes I can't even find the stat bonuses on my own wizard when I check my stats.
Could KI please bring back an easier way to see Companion stat bonuses and bump up their power a little bit too?
