i been recently be trying to revive back an old account that i finally revived my old email but when a request reciving old user back i am getting no users back not even an email saying that there is somthing is there what gives

KI will not give you old user information just by asking for it. You have to be able to provide the user and Character info yourself.
If you have recovered your old email, you might try checking through some of the folders to see if you saved anything from KI that may give you an idea, or if you have ever filed a ticket on that account and kept the responses.
