Hello, I really like how you guys will add a new dispel shield system to help improve the pvp and pve and prevent dispel spamming. But what I really think is a good idea is this:
When a wizard casts a spell (such as attacks, shields, heals, etc.), there should be a dispel that is applied to the caster that only lasts for either 3 rounds or until another spell is casted. The dispel will look like the spell card you recently picked, indicating that you cannot cast it again for a temporary time. If this kind of stuff exists, this will help end a lot of things people complain about, especially with balance and storm.
