My friend's main quest isn't showing up

My friend's main quest isn't showing up. Her name is Jessica Willowshade, Level 63, Life School , and we're trying to level up together and her main quests aren't showing. She says she's currently in Dragonspyre, but I believe she's in Celestia. I dont't know. Just please fix this for her
