so im a lev 83 storm wizard in azteca i have completed wintertusk and nordrilund exposure. but still havent gotten the quest help i need answers

Look to see if you can talk to anyone in Wizard City or Grizzleheim. I had same thing on my 82 storm till I spoke to someone in one of those places. Use quest helper if you don't see anyone to talk to.
