easy way to put it, the arena gear, how its over powered and doing so, -100 mana

implement that into other gear

a lvl 30 robe that gives +10 universal damage and resistance, but your health drops 500

a lvl 70 wand that it's spells do 600 damage, but you lose 30 critical

a lvl 25 pair of boots that gives +20 walking speed and a maycast sprite, but you lose 800 health and 300 mana

possibilities are endless, very high op gear for what level the wizard is at, but same time devastating negatives
