I have just beaten Dragonspyre and I even beat that dungeon in Marlybone however I still am not getting the quest to get access to Celestia. My wizard is level 43 but I know it's possible to get there at that level because I have already gotten there before level 50 before on previous wizards. Anyone know the solution?
