New astral (?) spell

I'm not very sure what school this spell would be, but here's what it would do

Name: Hesitation
School: ???
Pips: 0
Effect: Places a blade on an enemy that prevents the next critical attack they do.

I wouldn't count it as an astral spell, more of a balance or ice spell.
Reasons:
Star is for auras.
Sun is for enchantments
moon is for transforming
balance seems to have the most charms
Ice is a tanky school.

That's just my opinion
