Will I get muted?

There were these people being annoying and spamming the chat and I said to
Shut up and then I ignored them, later some people got false reported for no reason and so did I will I be muted?

I wouldn't worry about it. KI can see the entire record of the chat. If you were falsely reported, they are the ones who will get in trouble, not you.
