Question about Crowns Packs

Hi, just came back to game a couple of weeks ago so still getting re-acclimated to everything. Now that Terror's Horde packs are on sale I'm considering a binge buy. My highest character is level 81. If I get any gear drops (like the fortune teller's eye) do I have the option to make that gear 100 or 110? I'm not sure myself and no other resources are offering any help.

Hello,

If you are level 81, you will receive level 80+ items from the pack. You cannot change the level of an item once you receive it.

fyi the only things good from the pack is wand pet and mount and after lvl 100 cause you get a may cast from wand

Lie, you can make anything from the pack useful, but generally players only use the wand and mount
