So I've recently been trying to log on to Wizard101 and I've gotten help but I'm not technical about this kind of stuff, so the list of options literally mean nothing to me. I'm able to log on and everything now but once I get to the character selection screen, it has a loading circle at the top left that says "Castle Body" but does not load at all. Then it says there was an error for loading despite having a strong internet connection. I don't know if this is a relatively new thing on Wizard101 because I haven't played it in about 2 or 3 months, but it bothers me because it's the last thing that needs to be loaded before I can play. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and has found a way to fix it. Anyone who is tech savvy and is willing to help but "dumb-it-down" for me to understand is much appreciated.
