Seeing Black - Water Rugs, Fire, Items Here is Fix
For those of us who see a black area in the Bazaar, it is a Rug.
The Black wall in ravenwood... Not sure what that is.
The Black water some times in Mooshu - The fire in Dragonspyre Labryth (sp) Lake...
Just to name a few.
These can all be fixed by doing the following every time you log in the game. (as support will not pass the problem on to the programmers) :
Once you log in, got to the area that you see Black things, then...
Look in your Spellbook - Gear tab (lower right side)
Go to the Options (Upper Left corner)> Video Options screen to change your game resolution.
1) Click the button to the left - set it on 800 x 600 (I think) Click OK.
2) then quit game, going to the area where the wizards are in class room.
At the bottom of this room:
Go to the Options > Video Options screen to change your game resolution Back.
Remember to click OK (for setting to take effect)
Now go Play.. No More black for that session, things will be normal again.

Sorry I have not figured out how to stop that flashing stuff in Nightshade area where Grubb is near the death school... You will just need to skip that area.
These bugs started, not with pets stuff, but with something to do with crown shop changes, I had reported it but nothing was ever done to help me. (sent in screen shots - logs etc.)
May I suggest...
When support encounters bug reports, instead of sending generic fix suggestions:
Why not send the problem to the people who write the program at least once a month?
They would at least have a chance of being made aware that there is a bug and get the code fixed faster.
For those with this problem, those that are not members and can not post, Happy game playing :) remember, you need to do this every time you log in, untill someone fixes it.
Come back to the game and play, I miss you all, This will work.
