Wasn't the war against the Fire Dragon in the past? Then why are there still Draconians around? And why do the NPCs acting like the they are at war right now? So confusing. . .

I think in all the dialogue and books the history of Dragonspyre is embedded there. Hoped that helped!

Just read through them in at Central. Doesn't mention the summoning of the Fire Titan.
