My gift hasn't transferred

It's not so much of a big deal, but my free event calendar gift hasn't transferred to my account. It doesn't particularly matter considering it was free anyway, but it is kind of annoying. I don't know if there's anything to do about it, but I guess it would've been nice to have it for real. Thanks anyway.

I did redeem the code, but on second thought; it's okay that I don't have it. I'm still happy to play Wizard101 without any extra stuff. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the reply.
