I know how to help! Some easy tips: I would go to Azteca and go to the mangrove marsh. There in the area with the entrance to the hatchery, you will travel to the floating plants. Collect the two agave leaves and these will have a rare chance to give you nectar. Once those two plants are gathered, hop to a perfect world! Chances are that they are respawned on that world. I went out and farmed these leaves to test the rate and i have received 40 leaves to 5 nectar in under 20 minutes.
The responses above are great. It is a rare drop from the leaves, so there is not much to do but find places with the leaves and keep on harvesting going from one realm to the next.
