For the past month i have been in the same crafting quest, i can't get what i need for this quest to be competed it? I notice lots of things. there are no fossils in the market. so how can someone finish the quest if there are no fossils or other things in the market?
Collect stone and transmute it like everyone else does. There are several areas high in stone, Athenium in DS and Abbey Road in AV for example. Change realms, collect, change realms... rinse and repeat.
