Hey I went ahead and got a pack-a-palooza code from the promotion on the home page today but never received a free pack. I activated it and followed all the steps and logged out and logged back in a few times and waiting a good many hours just in case it took a while, but I don't see any free pack. Anyone else had this problem? Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
