level 88 spell

my name is brand thunderglade im death wizard i reached lvl 88 and i beat the boss they told me to fight for the new spell avenging fossil but when i get to avalon to summon it it wont let me i need help?

I did the quest for the Avenging Fossil but after i talked to the Death teacher i went to the Caliburn in Avalon to awaken it but it wont let me, help!

It won't let me 'visit the faerie circle', no matter how many times I 'visit' it. -_-

me to I got the quest and it would no work I did the boss but when I go to the circle nothing happened

I'm also trying to get my avenging fossil spell but wont let me. How long will this take to get fixed?

same thing for me. I have the quest, don't have the quest arrow and the circle does nothing for me
