So here is the thing, I get the quest to craft Poniard of Gallantry from that krok in Krokotopia and the next thing.... I look in my crafting section and I dont see the Poniard of Gallantry anywhere, all I see is Dagger of Absolution and Ring of Insight.

Just as you did with your first quests, you have to purchase the recipe, not just accept the quest.
