And? Grizzleheim is optional. There is no need to hurry up at all. Play as you are... the higher level you are for any duel, the better off you are.

when do you go to wintertusk?
Also i am trying to find the yard birds in Grizzleheim but i can' t go through some areas, why won't it let me, like 4th yard bird?

What about it? As I said, the higher level, the better. It's optional as well. (Although if you want that level 58 pet you will need to complete Grizzleheim and continue on to Wintertusk; again there is no rule that says you have to do this at level 58. The quest will be there whenever you are ready.)
