I did not get my gift from the Pack-a-Palooza code

Hi KI, I noticed I did not get anything from my gift box when I redeemed the Pack-a-Palooza code.

My gift box is not full and I did not get the pack. any suggestions to fixing this?

Have you logged out of the game and back in since you redeemed the code?

The same thing happened to me. I have logged in and out several times and never received the pack. I also went back and tried to enter the code again, but it says this account has already redeemed the code. Did you ever end up getting your pack?

If you have more than 10 pages of gifts, you'll need to redeem some of them in order to see any new ones in your gift window.
