I have finished with my Dragonspyre fishing quest and was left totally confused went I did not receive another fishing quest. I want to know where i go from there? I do realize there are tournaments going on, but is there any more fishing Quest?

Not yet. Once you finish in Grizzleheim you're finished with fishing quests at least for now. Hopefully KI will add some new quests if they ever add fishing to some of the other worlds. Worlds from Zafaria and on all have many places that could conceivably have fish but for the time being all we have after Grizz are the weekly tournament and Catch of the Day.
