The quest "Head of the Class" tells me to talk to Mr. Lincoln in Merle Ambrose's tower, however, when I try to go through the doors the quest arrow points me to, nothing happens. I have tried a clean reinstall of the game, yet, the same thing happens. I purchased a membership and am now unable to use it in respect to starting the new world because of this bug. Are there any fixes?
