Peregrine falcon or cheetah, they're the fastest animals in the world and they could be slightly faster than other mounts. Another possibility is jewels for mounts that make them faster...I kinda just want more movement speed

Swims in water, at 60%.
When you jump, it flies instead of waddles. Jump again, and it will land and resume waddling. 60% speed in flight. There should be both male and female duck mounts.
