If I were to transfer one of my characters to a different account, would it include all of its information? (e.g. friends on the friends list, backpack items, reagents, snacks, quests, level and spells).
Yes, they will still have all of the items you listed. The character will no longer have access to the items in the shared back on the original account, however. So if there is anything in the shared bank that you'd like to have on the transferred character, it needs to be moved to the bank or backpack.
