Staffs that change a certain school to that type of spell (For example, a staff that turns death spells into life spells, ect.) There are major and minor ones.
Major ones fully effect it, for example, A fire elf would cause ice damage as a debuff.
Minor ones wouldn't fully effect the spells.
So a Fire dragon would Cause ice damage with the minor staff, but the debuff would be a burn, and enemies would only take 3/4 of their weaknesses
A Extremely major one would be more intense, as it would Boost the damage entirely(1.25/1.50x), but lowers the accuracy by about 20-12%.
