Castle Darkmoor

I have a question about darkmoor, I am currently level 99 and still questing in khrysalis and I was wondering do I have to finish khrysalis to do Darkmoor or could I just do it?

You can do it as soon as you reach level 100. I would go for it. At least do the first two parts to get your spell.

You can just do it when you reach level 100.
