When I respond to King Isle suppose and they help me with an issue, is it a good idea to respond back to them after they finished helping me with the issue politely saying thank for the help or would they rather we did not do this? There are sometimes I feel the desire thank King Isle for helping me with some issues after speaking to them through support, but I have just decided not to respond back with a thank you since I figured they might be very busy with things.

Hi Alex,

Great question! You can never go wrong with a "thank you." I'm sure they would appreciate it very much.

Thank Professor Greyrose. Glad to know. I was not sure if since they are very busy it might be right or not, but good to know.
