Is there an Elegant Hat out somewhere in the spiral that you can farm for? That only one I can find is in the crown shop and you have to buy the whole set to get it. The set costs 10,000 crowns, which I don't get very often. I was just wondering if anyone knew of a place where I could farm for one or possibly just buy it. If you do, answer me please.
