Minimal Amount of Players

I just wanted to see if anyone else agrees with me in that there is an extremely low amount of players considering the amount of quests and worlds. Whenever I use that team up button in Azteca, I never get a single teammate. And when I go into a crowd and ask for help, no one responds. And this quest of defeating Belloq is obviously meant for a team, but how can that be expected when it's almost impossible to make a team?

Agree wholeheartedly. I am stuck on Belloq, and when I use the "Team Up!" button, not one person ever appears. I even asked for help on the message board, waited in the chosen realm, at the chosen time, and no one showed up. So, I am focusing on getting to Verdant Gardener, secure in the knowledge that barring some sort of "wizard miracle," I will be level 90 for the rest of my time on Wizard 101.

Erin Ice Weaver, eternally level 90.

I agree with you too. whenever I'm in a dungeon sigil, and I click "team up," there is nobody there. So I change my realm to a crowded one rather than a perfect, and still the same thing pops up. It's really hard finding people to team up with in dungeons and stuff. I also went to the commons like a thousand times, asked, and nobody responded. That's just really sad.

I don't really have an answer to the last part...it's why I quit trying to continue with my highest level wizard; no help and a boss nearly impossible to beat solo (without henchmen).

Most people are: beyond this area or haven't gotten there yet, or even will not continue after Dragonspyre.

It makes things more difficult, which is part of the reason a lot of us have requested that ALL aspects of the game be solo-able.

Yes, it's true that the players spread out as you go along, but this shouldn't affect you being able to get help in the game. I've been to crowded servers in Azteca and never had a problem finding someone. As to getting them to help, there are quite a few players out there unkind enough to ignore everyone but their friends. My suggestion is, if you need help with a particular boss, like Belloq, go to the Wizard101 Central Forums and post there (link here), there are several groups, such as Mercenaries 101 and The Assistance Specialists, that will help you with a boss (note: such groups will only help with bosses, and not street fights; for that you can post in an in-game meet up thread requesting a questing partner). There's plenty of help out there, don't give up you just got to keep looking!

I agree, I've tried to use the team up thing so many times but no one uses it. Also most people are... weird. They will sit in the commons, do nothing since they done all the quests and not bother to help people out even though they have a membership. I guess they just want to waste money haha.

I am currently in this area helping anyone who asks. Usually they ask in Zocalo - I rarely visit the Wizard City Commons unless I need to visit the Bazaar, fill a vial or train a pet. It would seem most are either snagging wizards with the quest at the time or asking in Zocalo and not using the team up feature.

Your time you can play will effect population of areas also. I am eastern time and seem to find someone to help pretty regular.
