Are there any things on wizard 101 I should do daily like wheels or something?
Gardening could be considered a daily activity. Also, some bundle game cards have daily rewards you can receive if you click on them (example the gorilla in Sun Palace and the genie in the Sultan's Palace).

Welcome to the message boards. The only things I can think of is if you are gardening you need to tend to your plants and if you are growing pets you can come back to train more once your energy refills, but that is optional, you can train whenever you wish and your pet won't suffer, but if you neglect your plants they will get sick or die.
I don't understand what wheels are so I can't help you? You can do daily things like questing, gardening, training a pet, playing mini-games, crafting, PvP, etc.
