An easy way to help with "did not collect" quests and also to make the game a bit more challenging, would be to have an option, off by default, that brings in an extra enemy if we use a minion for mobs. I have found that the more monsters I face, the quicker I get my "collection quests" done. Also, for those who say a world is too easy, this ramps up the difficulty a little bit and makes it more of a challenge.
