stone blocks and parchments

I can't seem to find any stone blocks and parchments in wizard city. :( I seem to be able to find lots of mist wood and mushrooms but no stone blocks or parchment. Please tell me some good places a non-member can find them. Thanks :D

Stone blocks and parchment abound in Krok.
You can also try the bazaar.

If you don't want to buy Krokotopia or beyond they are in the bazaar.

you could always try the bazaar and buy them. Stone blocks move fast though, so when you find them, if you can afford to, buy as many as possible
