I used the lady in Wizard City to change the appearance of my hat, clothes, and boots. I bought new gear with crowns but wanted it to look like my old stuff. None of them took on the appearance of my old stuff. So, I bought new items from her and tried to change the random appearances that showed up to look like them. But that didn't work either. The colors didn't even come out what I picked. What am I doing wrong?
