Earn Crowns Install Administrator

I've tried repeatedly and repeatedly checked my account settings, but still cannot install the earn crowns feature. I keep getting the error that says cannot find C:\ProgramData\KingsIsleEntertainment....plugin.exe.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
