How do I use the video crowns?

For some reason the free crowns thing on the top dosent pop up for me and I have it enabled. I told my friend to log in he had it. Please help!

Hello,

You either need to turn on the feature in game, using the setting under Options then Advanced Gameplay.

Or you need to turn on the feature in your account's Parental Control settings under My Accounts on the website.

You have to go to settings and find the free crown button. p.s. may be in advanced game catagory! press the switch from off to on. If you have already done this look on the upper left corner of your screen on the right of the crown shop button will be the free crown button. If this does'nt work contact the wizard101 website.
