Use the teleporter in Silent Market in the water near Zeke.

There is a teleport from Silent Market. It is in the water behind Eloise.

You can visit Silent Market. Towards the entrance to Tyrain Gorge, there are Warp Portals that allow you to go to areas in Part Two of Khrysalis.
