troika palace

I am unable to find the troika palace to obtain the orb. Anyone know where this place is located? Getting very frustrated with it. I have been back to the shadow palace many times, but the only orb I find there is the one with the tree. HELP

They have a guide on the fansite at wizard101central.com with map location views showing all of the orb quest info:

On that guide, you can click on the highlighted items (like the map location view) for all of the details.

This is my second reply. In case you need it, this map of Khrysalis shows Sardonyx at the top of the map:

Troika Palace is in Sardonyx.
