Crafting for legendary

i just became a grandmaster artisan, but i did not get another crafting quest from the person so i can become legendary cafter. How do i reach the next crafting level?

The next quest is in Zafaria.

You will have to do a quest for him first then he meets you in the market to give you the crafting quest.
