Are there any pets with "may cast" and gives a card at lvl 18 (No prepaid cards or crowns)

Your pet's cast abilities have nothing to do with your wizard's level...it's their level (baby, teen, etc.) that count. And there are probably some but they are also probably not 1st generation pets.
