There is a green arrow on each picture pointing to the location of the Stone Rose.

And you go to the Crown of Fire to defeat Malistaire, which is the last quest in Dragonspyre. The link shows the quest tree with all of the quests (Main, Side, Crafting, etc.) in Dragonspyre:

On that link, you can click on any quest for more details (like "who" gives the quest, "prequests", etc.).
