Can't Access Weeping Tower

I am a level 95 Thaumaturge who has recently finished Khrysalis. I wanted to farm for the new Ice Deck so I went to the place of Kaliklak since he drops them. When I went into the area, it wouldn't let me access the tower of Weeping Tower. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? If so, is there any way to fix this?

This isn't a glitch. He's not a repeatable boss.

Correct. Kaliklak, Zaltanna, Roze and Tymen Whiteflame are all non-repeatable bosses but you can get around that with Roze and Tymen Whiteflame by going in with a person who needs to do the battle. Zaltanna and Kaliklak are the only absolute non-repeatable bosses.
