Glitched Mooshu Crafting

So I just finished the MB crafting quest and got my badge and gold. I went to the crafting person in Mooshu for the next quest, but he wouldn't let me get the quest. I checked all my other worlds (other than WC, KT and MB) and I either couldn't get the quest or there wasn't a crafting person. Help?
